Management

The Group is managed by an experienced and successful management team with a long established sector expertise. Its two founders, Gianfranco Mossetto and Federico Tosato, have a considerable experience in the corporate finance and the real estate fields.

Gianfranco MOSSETTO - Chairman 

Advisor and professor in Finance, he has been Lead officer and board member of several public companies, merchant banks and public administration bodies. Thanks to his US education, he can boast of a broad international experience. Professor of Public Finance at the School of Economics of the Venice University, Ca' Foscari, he held (in that same University) the first Italian chair of Art Economics. He is the author of several books and scientific papers published in Italy and abroad.

Federico TOSATO – Vice Chairman and CEO  

Since 1988 he has been acting as entrepreneurial partner within the Tosato Group, a company operating in the real estate sector. He was a founder and manager of E-Venture S.p.A. a  venture capital firm which closed successfully over 20 deals. He is a member of Assoimmobiliare Council (Confindustria Real Estate Association).

Mauro PULEGA – CEO  

Prior to joining the investment company he served as Managing Director at Gallo & C. – Meliorbanca, where he executed several development and trading deals in the real estate field. Mr. Pulega was co-founder of Gallo & C. and contributed to the birth of the Meliorbanca Group, of which he was shareholder as well as being a member of the strategic and commercial committee.

Rinaldo PANZARINI - Managing Director

With senior-level experience in banking and finance – he was General Director at Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo SpA, now Cassa di Risparmio del Veneto SpA, – Mr. Panzarini is in charge of developing and marketing the EstCapital Group’s products.

Enrico WALCHER - Managing Director

Involved in some business ventures with leading companies in the Northeast, he has gained his years of management experience both in Italy and abroad. He also served as Vice President at Morgan Stanley in Milan. Since 2003, he deals in particular in industrial investments and real estate. Within the Group he has undertaken the task of developing activities related to investments in the tourism industry - hotels.
