The Company's focus is on structuring, developing and managing a portfolio of real estate assets for qualified investors through a series of funds characterized by different investment strategies and objectives
Palladium SGR - Societŕ di Gestione del Risparmio SpA is
an investment services company ("ISC") specialised in the creation and management of real estate closed-end funds. It was authorized by Banca d'Italia to manage real estate closed-end funds in December 2005. Following the agreement with Palladio Finanziaria in February 2008, EstCapital SGR has become the sole partner of Palladium SGR.The Company's focus is on structuring, developing and managing a portfolio of real estate assets for qualified investors, investing in infrastructure. F&F is the Group's investment vehicle in real estate OICR.
