Financial Highlights

The Group, with Estcapital SGR and Palladium SGR, is currently managing thirteen real estate investment funds that own assets mainly located in North / Central Italy and in Eastern Europe. The funds have different subscription periods:

• Realest I, Geo Ponente, RealShops, RealEmerging, Real Green Fund, RealVenice I, RealVenice II (formerly RealHotels), Real Stone, Fondo Immobiliare - Città di Venezia (formerly Real F&F), Palladium 2006 and RealEnergy  have closed their underwriting  periods. After closing the first subscription period and issuing all the shares, new annual periods of subscription can be opened up.
• Real Red Fund and Real Blu Fund have opened new periods of subscription.

Estcapital SGR and Palladium SGR investment vehicles consist of both residential and commercial property funds focused on specific asset categories differentiated by property sectors, regions and customer segments.

The funds managed by Estcapital SGR and Palladium SGR are subscribed by more than 240 qualified investors with a total subscribed capital in excess of 800 million Euro and an average subscription of approximately 4 million Euro.
